Edward Pauling Primary School

“Every human being, of whatever origin, of whatever station, deserves respect. We must each respect others even as we respect ourselves.” – U. Thant, third Secretary-General of the United Nations and the first non-European to hold this role, coming from Myanmar. He was previously a teacher and upheld the Buddhist values of compassion and love for all. This links to the value of mutual respect.
